2-Year Functional & Quality Warranty

Monna Italian Luxe (The Company) offers a two-year limited warranty on all cabinetry products, covering manufacturing defects and functional performance under normal use and maintenance. The warranty becomes effective on the date of receipt by the retailer or buyer and applies strictly to indoor use, in accordance with our care and maintenance guidelines.

COVERAGE TERMS
  • Applies to cabinetry and furniture components manufactured by Monna’s providers as stated in the sales contract.
  • Covers structural and functional defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential or commercial conditions.
  • Faulty items will be repaired or replaced at The Company’s discretion. Warranty coverage applies to materials only. Labor, shipping, and travel expenses are at The Company’s discretion
  • For residential/domestic use, the cabinetry is covered under this 2-year warranty.
  • For non-residential use (e.g., commercial, hospitality, or collective environments), the same warranty applies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Built-in appliances or third-party components sold and installed by The Company are covered within the scope and timeframe of their original manufacturer’s warranty (typically 2 years unless otherwise specified).
  • Clients must maintain a closed, stable indoor environment. Excessive humidity, dryness, poor ventilation, or temperature extremes may cause damage (e.g., warping, delamination, or structural failure) and will void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cushions, fabric covers, or textile components.
  • Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, fading, patina, or color variation due to light or use.
  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color over time.
  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or overloading.
  • Environmental damage (e.g., steam, moisture, heat, dryness) impacting product integrity.
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs made without written approval.
  • Components not produced by The Company’s providers (e.g., electrical accessories, waste bins, appliances), which fall under their respective manufacturers’ warranties.
  • Customers must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery for visible defects, damage, or discrepancies.
  • Any visible transport or packaging damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and noted in writing on the delivery slip.
  • All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation.
  • Claims submitted outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Goods may only be returned upon prior written authorization. Returned products must be unused and repackaged in the original or equivalent protective packaging.
  • Used, damaged, or unreturnable products will be subject to compensation for loss in value.
  • All claims must be reviewed and validated by Monna prior to the authorization of repair or replacement.
  • If a claim is approved, we will cover the cost of the replacement item and its delivery.
  • The client is responsible for labor, transport, and installation costs, especially in cases where the claim is found to be unjustified.
  • Any unauthorized modifications, incorrect installation, or third-party repairs without prior written consent will void the warranty.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to the defective item(s) and does not extend the original warranty period after repair or replacement.
  • Statutory provisions apply in cases of hidden or latent defects.
  • Clients must cooperate with reasonable requests for product inspection and retain all original packaging for verification purposes.
  • The Company is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages unless otherwise required by law.


This warranty policy is issued in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, which govern all transactions. When installed under proper conditions and treated with care, our cabinetry is designed to provide many years of refined beauty, function, and reliability.

To maintain the elegance and durability of your cabinetry, we recommend routine cleaning with soft cloths and non-abrasive, pH-neutral cleaners. Avoid bleach, ammonia, high-alkaline products, or steam-based cleaning tools. Always protect cabinetry from direct sunlight, moisture, and temperature extremes.

All Monna clients receive a tailored Care & Cleaning Kit and a Maintenance Manual with their purchase. These include:

  • Cleaning products specific to each surface finish
  • Proper handling tips and seasonal maintenance suggestions
  • Guidelines to maintain durability of each product

For additional guidance or support, our technicians are available upon request to assist with proper care, maintenance,  minor adjustments or replacements.
